Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Invitational Tournaments

Please contact the tournament director if you are canceling and requesting a refund 30 days before the tournament start date. No refunds will be given to a team canceling within 30 days of the tournament start date. Should Sparta Hockey need to cancel, a full refund will be provided to all teams who have registered and paid in full.

Mite Jamboree

This is a free event, no refunds are necessary.

Butter Cup Tournament

There are no refunds. Contact the Sparta Youth Hockey President with any questions or concerns or if you wish to pay in person.

Coaching

There are no refunds for registering as a coach because we don't charge for registration. We do offer a reimbursement option for coaches. You can find more information under the Resources> For Coaches section of the website.

Intro to Hockey

Learn to Skate

We don't offer a refund on this program, but you could move to another session if you reach out to a board member.
