Registration for the Fall/Winter 2010-11 season is open!

Sparta Youth Ice Hockey is pleased to announce we will once again enter teams in the Skylands Youth House League for the upcoming Fall/Winter season.

Registration process:

1. You must first register with USA Hockey for the Fall/Winter 2010-11 season.  Click here to go to the USA Hockey website.  Remember to print out your confirmation page (You will need the confirmation number later in the process).
2. Return to spartahockey.com and click on ONLINE REGISTRATION.
3. Complete the online form and click SUBMIT.
4. Continue to our WEB STORE to pay your registration fees by credit card or send a check to our P.O. Box.
5. Print out the USAH Consent to Treat & Participant Code of Conduct forms, complete, sign, and either return to the P.O. Box or bring to the first practice.
